WARNING: Contains Titanium Dioxide, a metal used as a pigment also in cosmetics and vitamins.  Originally a glass-like structured man-made product that is completely insoluble.  Its consumption has shown to disturb normal immune function.  So…it’s like eating ground up glass…

  1. Nerds: Willy Wonka Candy Factory brand

  1. Butterfinger: Nestle brand

WARNING: Contains TBHQ (Tertiary Butylhydroquinone), an artificial anti-oxidant that keeps food tasting “fresh”.  Where else can you find TBHQ?  Yes, it’s in lighter fluid.

  1. Twizzlers: Hershey brand

WARNING: Contains food coloring Red 3 that has various additives as all food colorings do, including aluminum.  Evidence shows consumption to cause tumors and has been linked to Alzheimer’s as studies have found aluminum deposits in the brains of its victims.  Red 3 in particular was recommended to be BANNED during the Reagan administration.

  1. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups: Hershey brand

WARNING: Contains Soy lecithin.  Soy is one of the most genetically engineered organisms on the planet, and has shown toxicity in animals.

  1. M&M’s: Mars brand

WARNING: Contains PGPR (PALSGAARD 4150), a yellow viscous liquid derived from castor oil and used as a substitute for cocoa butter.  Research does not know what long-term affects PGPR has on a person.  I prefer REAL cocoa butter to castor oil, wouldn’t you?

  1. Lifesavers: Wrigley brand

WARNING: Contains High Fructose Corn Syrup, which we have all heard to avoid, but why?  HFCS is not absorbed the same way cane sugar is absorbed, thus proven to literally punch holes in the intestinal lining, allowing “leaking” out.  This can lead to increased appetite and weight gain not to mention diabetes, cancer, dementia, etc.  Not to mention, HFCS can even contain mercury!

  1. Tootsie Rolls: Tootsie Roll Industries brand

WARNING: Contains partially hydrogenated soybean oil.  This is a completely man made substance which causes cellular crisis within the body, leading to: cancer, because the product interferes with the enzymes your body uses to fight against cancer; decreased immune function, because the body has an immune reaction against the product; and even reproductive problems because again, the chemical interferes with the enzymes used to produce sex hormones.

  1. Skittles: Wrigley brand

WARNING: Contains Hydrogenated palm kernel oil.  This oil has been linked to Alzheimer’s, colon cancer and infertility.  This product is completely banned in restaurants across the nation… but still on our grocery shelves.

  1. Snickers: Mars brand

WARNING: Contains modified cornstarch.  The modified part meaning different chemicals are used in its creation including: hydrochloric acid (corrosive used to remove rust), sodium hydroxide (chemical used in making detergents and drain cleaners) and potassium hydroxide (used to make alkaline batteries).

Four Most Dangerous Toxins to the Brain

  • Fluoride:
    • Adding fluoride to public drinking water as a way to fight tooth decay has had the most widespread effect on the brains of people across North America.

  • Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
    • MSG is a form of concentrated salt added to foods to enhance flavor. It was first used in military rations to give them a better taste, but it was soon adopted by the entire food industry.
    • Blaylock, a noted neurosurgeon and authority on excitotoxins such as MSG, discovered that there was silent damage to the brain, and over time he saw destruction of major portions of the brain that could cause Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s and other brain ailments.
    • The best way to avoid it is to stop eating processed food, or look for it in the ingredients, mainly as monosodium glutamate or yeast extract.
